This is the final scheduled event for public input on the Official Plan Update.

The Town is seeking citizen input on the Official Plan Review, which is nearing its final stage. The Official Plan is the most significant planning tool that guides development in our Town over the next 25 years.

Everyone is welcome to hear updates, ask questions and share feedback at a Public Open House:

November 22nd, 2024 from 2 to 4 pm at the Town Hall.

The OP must be reviewed every 5 years. The process of reviewing the OP is - well - The Official Plan Review (OPR)

To date, the OPR has included 2 phases:

Phase 1: The high level review of guiding principals, vision,goals, objectives. Phase 1 was completed in 2022.
Phase 2 - A close look at all the elements that make up the OP
